We finished planting our garden, that was a big job. Was tilled this morning, made it just before the rain. I noticed the brown hazy sky through the clouds from the Sahara sand storm. Hard to get my head around how large that is and how far it came across the ocean. It’s supposed to have lots of micro minerals that are good for our soil. Funny in all my years I’ve never heard of anything like this.
Here is some info on it: https://www.indystar.com/story/weather/indianapolis/2020/06/25/dust-storm-indiana-how-saharan-dust-storm-affect-us/3256482001/
Of course I’ve never lived though having a pandemic on our own soil before either. I will take the sand storm, any day. All the isolation and worry is not good for us, but that’s the way it is. Guess it doesn’t do any good worrying, but can’t help it. We all wear masks if we must go out, but not all do.

Praying we all stay safe and healthy and make it to the other side of this with our minds intact.
Hope you all are doing OK, and staying safe and healthy. Have a good last weekend of JUNE!
All the best, Dee
Happy Herbing!
