Good Morning friends, I came across this recipe this morning.

Since I’ve come down with a cold, this might be good with some hot sauce to clear sinuses. (Bloody Mary’s come to mind)


  • 8 cups (1 qt.)tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp. salt (to taste)
  • 2 tsp. grated celery
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Chives, basil, thyme to taste

Combine ingredients. Chill well

Makes 8 cups.

You can add cucumber, spinach and/or carrot juice too

Liquefy cucumbers, spinach leaves, and carrots in the blender.

You can add fruit for a sweeter taste, ie: apple, pineapple, orange, pear, etc.
