Pepper and Herb Rub

Yield: 3/4 cup

Prep time: 5 minutes

1/2 cup dried Basil

2 Tbs. Black Pepper

2 Tbs. dried Thyme

1 Tbs. dried Rosemary

Combine basil, black pepper, thyme and rosemary.

Store in a closed container.  Combine 1 Tbs. rub with olive oil and garlic

1 Tbs. Olive Oil

2 cloves finely chopped Garlic

Rub generously over surface of port loin, poultry or seafood before broiling, grilling or roasting.  Use to season 1 to 1-1/2 pound.
