Herbal Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 cup Thyme
  • 1 cup Marjoram (or oregano) leaves
  • 1/2 cup Summer Savory
  • 1/4 cup EITHER Rosemary, basil or sage, depending on what you are using it for
  • or 2 or 3 bay leaves
  • Use 1 Tbls. per 2 quarts soup or sprinkle to taste on beef, eggs, veggies, pork, etc.
