Cabbage Goulash

1 lb. sausage

1 lb. ground beef

Brown meat in large skillet; drain off fat and add the following:

1 large onion, diced

1 28 oz can diced tomatoes (save juice)

2 Tb. Herb vinegar

1 clove garlic

1 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. red pepper

1 head of green cabbage (2-3 lbs.) diced

Add cabbage and tomato juice; put in oven 375° in covered skillet for 30 minutes, uncovered.  Add cheese on top, 10 minutes more.
