Smoky Rub

2 tsp. Smoked sweet Paprika

2 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. dried thyme

1 tsp. coarse salt

1/2 tsp. Granulated garlic or garlic powder

1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Mix ingredients together.  Sprinkle on both sides of chops and let stand. Cook chops to internal temperature of 145º F with a 3 minute rest.
