Parsley Pesto

3 cups fresh parsley
1-cup fresh basil
4 cloves garlic
1 ½ cups walnuts
1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 ½ cups olive oil


Using food processor blend parsley, basil, garlic and oil. Add nuts and cheese and process to chop nuts. May be frozen in ice cube trays for later use.
