Sweet and Spicy Rub

Sweet and Spicy Rub

2 tsp. sweet paprika

2 tsp. light brown sugar

1-1/2 tsp. coarse salt

1 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

grated zest of one orange

Mix ingredients together.  Sprinkle on both sides of meat and let stand.
