I’ve revised this, Pillsbury used sweet potatoes instead of pumpkin, but I grew pumpkins this year and cooked them up and froze the pulp for later (like now!) So here you go with this recipe. I had a bit of a problem because apparently I don’t read recipes well! Mix the cream cheese and sugar before adding the egg! It was a bit runny, it cooked up ok and tastes fabulous.
