Smoky Rub

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. smoked sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. granulated onion or onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together, sprinkle on both sides of meat and let stand. Cook meat to 145 to 160 degrees internally. Let rest 3 minutes
